Me and my wife went into the store just to look and see what carpets they had as we have already been looking for carpets for a while at other stores,
When we walked into the store we greeted by a nice chap called Hussain, we was surprised to see the extensive range and it didn’t take long for the Mrs to find a lovely carpet that was better quality than the one we had already seen at another store,
we spoke the assistant and managed to get a great price for the whole upstairs of our property with free delivery and the cheapest fitters i found from 5 outlets,
Neither to say we was very happy as the fitters came and did a fantastic job, I would definitely recommend carpet works to anyone looking for something of good quality and affordable prices with great service, many thanks Husnain.

After being let down by another well known carpet company, I was in need of a local flooring specialist in the Redditch area for one of my properties. A quick Google search and I found this company. I am a big believer in supporting the little guy. I arranged to visit the store to try and find something suitable for tenants. I was surprised to see a huge range of choice on display all presented in a smart and orderly fashion. The young chap who served me was well mannered and polite and ensured that I was well informed about my order throughout the entire process. I will not hesitate in future to use this company and highly recommend them to anyone in need of a flooring specialist. Great work guys, keep it up.
